Users of the iPod nano have filed a class action suit against Apple this week. It is claimed that the new iPod nano scratches too easily and becomes unusable even during normal usage.

To date, the only information Apple has provided about Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard is that it will come sometime between late 2006 and 2007 and that it will be Intel compatible. Meanwhile, anonymous sources revealed to MacosXrumors the first major feature of Leopard and it looks like it has to do with the Finder.

Just after the Special Event, Apple re-opened its online store but we can notice that the eMac line has disappeared from it. We may assume that Apple is stopping this product line. However we can still find reference to this product if we browse the Hardware section of Apple's site and we take a look on the "Education" section of the page. The eMac has been introduced for the education market in 2002. It was the cheaper Mac configuration (starting at $799) until Apple releases the $499 Mac mini on January 2005, during MacWord SF opening Keynote.
