Apple has posted a new ad on it's web site, part of the "Get-a-Mac" campaign.

The ad is called "Referee", it shows the usual Mac and PC characters and a referee who calls that "That Leopard is faster and better than Vista".

It's the first time Apple mentions Mac OS X Leopard in an ad and possibly the first time Apple advertises a specific version of Mac OS X on TV. "Podium", an ad which was released last year, was the first to mention Mac OS X Leopard.

The most recent Mac ad focusing on operating systems is "Misprint" and actually focused on the fact a PCWorld reviewer wrote that the fastest laptop to run Windows Vista was a MacBook.

Both ads are available here
