Apple has posted new content on the iPhone section of its web site today: a new video called Finger Tips and a dedicated page for "Made for iPhone" accessories.

iPhone "Finger Tips" video

The new demo video shows some tips for those who have just bought their iPhone.

The video has the ten following sections: silence the ring, delete a message, create your favorites list, assign a photo or a ringtone, more song controls, brows your music in Cover Flow, magnify to edit text, mail preferences, set a passcode, reset your iPhone.

Accessories page

Apple has added a new page dedicated to iPhone accessories. At the moment, it lists the following one with a short description: iPhone Bluetooth Headset ($129), iPhone Dock ($49), iPhone Dual Dock ($49), iPhone Stereo Headset ($29), Airport Extreme Base Station ($179), iPhone TTY Adapter ($9), Apple USB Power Adapter ($29), Apple Dock Connector to USB Cable ($19), iPhone Universal Dock Adapter 3-Pack ($9), iPhone Bluetooth Travel Cable ($29).

This page also introduces the "Made for iPhone" program which is similar to the "Made for iPod" one. It ensures the accessory you're buying is compatible with the iPhone.

Apple indicates that some iPod accessories such as chargers and speakers are likely to work on the iPhone though not certified.
