UPDATE: The US Apple online store Apple has just released the very anticipated new line-up of MacBooks with Intel's Core 2 Duo processors across the line. The European Apple stores have already been updated and reveal the specs of these new MacBooks. The new configurations are as following: MacBook 1.83Ghz White MacBook Core 2 Duo 2Ghz White MacBook Core 2 Duo 2Ghz Black All the models include a built-in iSight, Front Row / Remote control, Gigabit Ethernet, Airport Extreme, Bluetooth, two USB ports, one FireWire port, an Intel GMA 950 integrated graphic chip, and come in a unique 13 inch form factor with a 1280x800 native screen resolution. All the models can now be configured with up to 200GB of storage and Apple claims 6 hours of battery life (same as previous models). Two weeks ago, the company introduced its new MacBook Pro line-up with Core 2 Duo processors as well as other minor improvements (more RAM and storage). I'm waiting for Apple to use Intel's next generation graphics chip or an NVidia/ATI entry-level chip. Whatever has dedicated VRAM.
