The Herald Tribune reports that Apple has filed a lawsuit against Creative Corp over four patent infringements, regarding their digital portable music players.

The suit against Creative was filed on Monday, May 15, the same day Creative filed a suit against Apple for patent infringement over the user-interface of the iPod.
