Good news for Apple fans living in London, as first reported last year by macosXrumors (posting of June the 6th 2003), and finally confirmed by Apple executives lately, the first European Apple retail store will open this year near the Soho section of London. Ifo AppleStore has even got some details on the building that the first European Apple Store will occupy. It will be at 229-247 Regent Street, in a building which was built in 1898 and is owned by The Crown Estate. Ifo AppleStore gives further details on the building and on its renovation works. Now the question is : Where the next European Apple Store will open? I have some clues indicating that Paris is a good candidate but this piece of information has not been verified and is not precise enough.
